A massive fire broke out this afternoon just down the street from us in our Soho offices. It’s thought to have started in the offices of Future Group, a venture and film finance business long established in the area. They are next door to the Red Fort Indian restaurant and just next to De Lane Lea, the audio dubbing facility. We were evacuated from our office at 4:30pm, two hours after the fire took hold, as a precaution due to the potential risk of gas pipes reaching up and down the street. Fortunately it appears nobody was hurt in the fire.
